Annual Registration Fee

  • $65 per dancer

  • No refunds for any withdraws, etc. (no exceptions)

Tuition Fees

  • Monthly Tuition is posted to your account on the Evolve 26 App on the 1st of each month.

  • MONTHLY TUITION:

    • 1 hour= $75

    • 2 hours= $150

    • 3 hours= $210

    • 4 hours= $270

    • 5 hours= $325

    • 6 hours= $375

    • 7 hours= $420

    • 8 hours= $460

    • 9 hours= $500

    • 10 hours= $535

  • Drop-In Classes:* $30 per hour; $50 for classes longer than one hour. Punch Cards for Drop-Ins can be purchased in the Evolve 26 app without registering for an account.

  • Private lessons are not included in monthly tuition and are paid by cash, Venmo, or PayPal.

Late Fees

  • Tuition unpaid after the 5th of the month incurs a $30 late fee, posted to your account and non-refundable.

  • Showcase and Company fees unpaid three days past their due date incur a $30 late fee.

  • Accounts more than 30 days past due will result in the dancer being dropped from the class roll.

Attendance

  • Refunds and deductions are not given for missed classes, for any reason.

Withdrawal

  • Written notice must be sent to the office by the 1st of the month, in advance of withdrawal.

  • No refunds are given for classes not attended, or for the month in which a dancer withdraws.

  • Dancers who withdraw after Thanksgiving remain responsible for all fees through the end of the Dance Season.

Policies

  • Phones are turned in at the phone lockers upon entering the studio.

  • Weather closures follow the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board.

  • Class placement is determined primarily by skill level, with the final decision made by the Director.

  • Rehearsals and technique classes are closed. Recording the lobby monitors is not permitted.

  • Videography requires prior approval from Mason or the class instructor.

  • Lobby access is reserved for dancers age 5 and under and their parents. Parents of older dancers may wait in [designated area].

  • Merchandise is non-refundable; store credit and exchanges only
