Evolve 26: Fees and Policies

EVERYONE MUST MAKE AN ACCOUNT ON THE APP AND PAY THE ONE-TIME REGISTRATION FEE! (Drop In’s included)
One-time Registration Fee (per dance season): $65 per dancer
No refunds for any withdraws, etc. (no exceptions)
Tuition Fees
$30 (NON REFUNDABLE) late fee- after the 5th of every month, NO EXCEPTIONS / regardless of what day the 5th falls on in the month
Any extra fees: after 3 days from the due date- a $30 late fee will be added to your account
Late Fees cannot be removed from your account as the software posts them automatically after the fee is posted on the scheduled date. If we have to remove a late fee manually, the software then charges the $30 late fee to Evolve’s Account Subscription. If you choose not to pay your late fees, your account will charge your card automatically if your late fees equal to more than $100 owed.
MONTHLY TUITION:
Adult classes = $15 per class OR $55/month.
1 hour= $75 ($45 for the ages 2-5 ballet class)
2 hours= $135
3 hours= $195
4 hours= $210
5 hours= $225
6 hours= $260
7 hours= $285
8 hours= $300
9 hours= $320
10 hours= $350
This pricing does not include private lessons. Private lessons are to be paid with CASH, Venmo, or PayPal.
Every person who signs up for monthly tuition must fill out our Monthly Tuition Agreement.
Punch Cards for Drop In’s are offered in: 5,10,15,20 class cards with an expiration date from the day of purchase… see our Drop In / Punch Cards section for more info. These punch cards can be purchased and accessed on the Evolve 26 App.
Attendance
NO REFUNDS or deductions are given if a child misses class for any reason. Students will be dropped from the class roll if any account goes more than 30 days past due.
Withdrawals
If a student wishes to withdraw, written notice must be sent in advance to the office by the first of the month. New tuition rates will not go into effect until the first month following their request to drop the class. Students are responsible for yearly tuition and will be billed until written notice is received by the bookkeeper. No refunds are granted for classes not attended, or for the month during which a student withdraws. If you withdrawal after Thanksgiving, you will still owe all fees for the remainder of the Dance Season… Costume Balances, Monthly Tuition, Showcase Fees, etc.
Policies
We will follow EBR Parish school board for any class cancellations due to bad weather. Make sure to have our notifications turned on for the Evolve 26 App as we send out updates for things like this on the app!
ALL PHONES ARE TO BE TURNED IN WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH DOOR. (No exceptions… No distractions… we have a Dancer Phone Lock Box in the dance room and unless if given permission, dancers should not be on their phones or smart watches.
A child’s placement will mainly be determined by age level, but it is the final decision from the Director for a child’s class placement. Some children will be moved classes that may be different from their age level- based off their experience, work ethic, abilities, etc. Parents / Dancers do not get to choose placement on their classes.
All rehearsals / technique classes are CLOSED. No recording of the TVs in the lobby is allowed.
No refunds on merchandise, store credit / exchanges only.
No Parents allowed in lobby if child is over the age of 6.
No videography unless approved by Mason (or teacher), first.
